Skiing area Hochzillertal
The Hochzillertal ski area presents itself in the winter with the beautiful mountain scenery and the endless freedom of the Alps at its best. Skiers and snowboarders can expect 90 km of well-groomed slopes and 39 modern lift facilities here. The ski area has been awarded as a "Top Resort" with five stars, making it a winter dream for the whole family amidst the breathtaking and snowy landscape of the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region.
Zillertal Arena
The Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller is the largest ski area in the Zillertal. With a total of 147 kilometers of slopes and 52 lift facilities, the area stretches from Zell am Ziller to Königsleiten and Krimml. For the little skiers of tomorrow, there is a separate children's paradise. Action-packed skiers and snowboarders can also enjoy themselves in the numerous halfpipes or in the Actionpark.
Mayrhofner Bergbahnen
The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen in Mayrhofen-Hippach offer a wide range of slopes for all skill levels. With 142 snow-sure kilometers of slopes and 59 modern lift facilities, the area attracts winter sports enthusiasts to the Actionberg Penken and the Genießerberg Ahorn. Here, both beginners, professionals, thrill-seekers and those who like to take it easy will find the perfect slope for their winter holiday.
Hintertuxer glacier
An excursion to the world of glaciers is also worthwhile! If you want, you can rent skiing equipment in Hintertux and spend a summer day on skis at 3,000m! And on the way back, you can take a stroll through the picturesque Finkenberg.
Tobogganing

Not only the little ones enjoy a fun sled ride, any other age group can have a blast here as well. In the Zillertal, you can find a total of 45 km well-prepared sledding tracks. 28 km of them are illuminated, so you can even slide down the slopes in the evening.
Most of the sledding tracks have a nearby sled rental, so nothing will stand in your way.
