Check-In
On the day of arrival, the apartments will be ready for you from 2:00 PM.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:00 AM at the latest.
Ski Depot
Store your equipment for free and safely. Each apartment has its own heated, lockable ski depot.
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
WIFI
Free WIFI throughout the entire house.
Crib & Highchair
We will gladly provide a crib and highchair for you.
Deposit
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
Payment
Cash payment on site or transfer one week before arrival.
Cancellation
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- Up to 1 month before arrival we will charge you 40% of the total amount.
- Up to 1 week before arrival we will charge you 70% of the total amount.
- In the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the total amount.
We kindly ask for your understanding that no partial refund is possible in case of early departure.
